  3. Report on working on site in the coming winter period.

  4. Finances and new kit. There are some new additions and plans for others.

  5. Latest developments on the manning of the site.

  6. Update on the tunnels.
    a. Filming within the tunnels report by Raymond Rogers.
    b. Report on the October Open Day by Raymond Rogers
    c. Plans for the 2018 Tunnel Openings.
    d. Report on oral history and data collection.

  7. The Website Report and update.

  8. Report on the visits by Sellafield and the Hereford History Group by Penny Jeffery.

  9. Report on the secure storage by Ian Howes.

  10. Bats in Building 45. The building is still closed but there are major developments including reviews of the relevant law and the issuing of FIR procedures on NRW and the FIR findings.

  11. Discussion on a proposed new bat group.

  12. Outstanding Issues:
    a. The Land Trust.
    b. The opening of Building R3.
    c. The siting of vehicles in Building P4.
    d. Update on the Freedom of Information Requests.

    Arrangements for 2017 AGM to be on Sunday, 19th November 2017 in the VC at 12 noon.
